Rivers flow and stone erodes but running won't stop you
Time slows and the clock shouts ticks about the house
Yes and no's don't slow her goals
ignorance devours the soul
And running just won't stop you
While she remains I enjoy being held
Convoluted pain beautiful once unfurled
There's time to air out your whines
It's a freedom both yours and mine
Wood blocks clip clop
Working men chop
Words stain the wood of a majestic desktop
but justice is still not quite found
A blind man walks on hot coals
Trying to get out
But eyes opened now how clearly he does see
to indulge in this mystery
puts a stop to dis-ease
Exposes him to the rays of a new sun
He's says
accepting wise advice brings abundance to this life
Yet sometimes I'm tired and my thoughts leak out
swallowing pride to leave what's dead behind
Hands mend and sew
Bend
Exhibit woe
And shake together slow
While it lasts, they enjoy being held
While it lasts, their roof's the top of their world
While it lasts, their yelps are shouts of freedom
And in that freedom we've learnt sing
the tank wobbles
building pressure busts a blood vessel
While the children are rustling
empty sweet wrappers
Losing interest in their current matters
Picking wild flowers now
Eating fresh lemons their mothers
Heart is proud
It's here at last, they again enjoy being held
No longer masked, their is no top of their world
Oh at lasts, the yelps and shouts of freedom
And in that freedom we've learnt sing
